Description: | At its entrance, on the S shore of Atka Island immediately W of Kobakof Bay and NW of Sagchudak Island, Aleutian Islands. 1 mile wide. |
History: | During the summer of 1959 this bay was surveyed for the first time the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) ship Exporer. It was used for a shore-based camp from the ship and as an anchorage on numerous occasions, including during several storms. |
